Once again, my spouse and I had a wonderful couple's getaway at Oasia Resort Sentosa. This was our 6th visit and 4 nights stay here was absolutely amazing.
We were so grateful to have the Family Suite overlooking the Resorts World Sentosa with cable cars and colourful monorail express trains passing by. We loved and enjoyed the beautiful views very much. Room was exceptionally spacious with soaring ceilings, very luxurious, clean and modern, comfy king-sized bed and a separate living room with sofa bed and a bathroom with a deep-soaking bathtub and the amenities were all great and very well equipped.
Throughout our staycation, we were so delighted to see Saif, Firdaus, Jay, Kai Ting, Prince, Donald, Riduan, Ezra, Nasrul, Trezor and some other familiar staffs who have attended to us previously. Their warmth hospitality with wide smiles have always make us feel welcome.
We were very pleased to have Saif attended to our room check-in was seamlessly organised by him. We remembered the last time when Saif attended to us was April 2025, we brought our 90 year old mother along to staycation. We booked a Family Suite and we were truly appreciated by Saif’s thoughtfulness of arranging a wheelchair accessible room for us. We indeed very impressed by his exceptional service. We commended Saif was a very detailed and genuine guy. Undoubtedly he was all highly professional at his job. He went to the extreme to making sure everything was perfect. Even small request was handled with genuine care and smile. It was great to have someone like Saif who combines such professionalism with authentic kindness.
Many thanks to Saif and Firdaus - our breakfast at Bedrock Origin was always so enjoyable especially with having Mary, Lisa, Joey, Kenneth, Kim and Kelvin around - their exceptional service has made our dinning felt even better.
We wanted to convey our deepest gratitude specifically to Saif and Firdaus and also to all the amazing team behind the scenes - Everyone genuinely embodies the spirit of warmth hospitality and, their intuitive understanding towards the hotel guests's real needs was what it called a great five stars service should have. That was the reason why we choose Oasia Resort Sentosa as our preferred choice of accommodation for our weekend getaway. We would certainly come back again without hesitation, that’s for sure!

🏝️Fantastic November!

We were so glad to be back again Oasia Resort Sentosa! This time was our 7th visit weekend getaway, 5 nights stay here was enjoyable and satisfying as always from the day of our arrival to departure (clean room, outstanding service, all expectation met). We were always happy to see Firdaus, Saif, Jay, Kai Ting, Prince, Donald, Riduan, Trezor, Peggy, James Ye and those who have attended to us before. It was the hotel’s service team who cares and makes effort to ensure our each stay feels like home - that surely was a big plus point we definitely would rate everyone.
Front Office Team at the reception - each of them was sincere, friendly, helpful and impressively efficient. Their warmth hospitality and professionalism truly stood out. Whenever we stayed in the hotel, we usually would not asked for make up room service due to our eco-friendly habits. However, we do appreciate the Housekeeping Team who deserves recognition for keeping every single room spotlessly cleaned and comfortable for all guests. And, we also noticed the Concierge Team always ready with a smile and helpful advice. 2 thumbs up for everyone! 👍👍
Upon arrival, Kuang was very friendly and helpful with our baggage when we alighted our taxi. Also, we always loved Jay’s and Kai Ting’s charismatic attitude at the front desk. We were happy to be attended by Riduan. He greeted us with his smiley face and handled our room check-in with professionalism. Riduan was very friendly, pleasant and dedicated.
Again we were extremely overjoyed and so grateful to have the Family Suite overlooking the beautiful views of Resorts World Sentosa. We loved it all the arrangements very much! We wanted to highlight Saif, Firdaus and Kai Ting for making our stay extraordinary. It was very sweet and thoughtful of them to call in and visit our room to check if we needed anything specific - this experience deserved to be shared.
Bedrock Origin - special thanks to Mary, Lisa, Joey, Kenneth, Kim and Kelvin for their warmth welcome and great vibes. They always brightening up our morning time, giving us a nice start to the rest of our day. As for dinner we enjoyed every single bite very much! The ambience, food and service were excellent! A particularly commendation to Michael Tang, Suha, John, lovely Maricel and Roy (the manager) who served us very well with gracious and made our dinning experience enjoyable.
It was very thoughtful of the hotel providing complimentary shuttle bus service for guests to VivoCity mall. Special mention to Mr Ye (Ah Ming) the hotel’s shuttle bus driver. He was always full of energy, very punctual, helpful and friendly towards everyone.
We were truly grateful for the kind gestures and generous hospitality that Oasia Resort Sentosa Team❤️ has delivered to us with genuine care throughout our staycation made us feel special and welcoming!

Our 8th visit at Oasia Resort Sentosa was enjoyable and memorable as always. Exceptional gratitude to Saif and Firdaus for their phenomenal hospitality, their hotel management skills and services were always top-notch. They were such a lively genuine guy, incredibly friendly, approachable and very helpful with a generous heart. Both had a great sense of humour - we love their easygoing personality. They were so fun to be with, always make us full of laughter. They went above and beyond every time with exceptional service.
Upon arrival, we were thrilled to see Saif at the reception. Being attended by him has never disappointed us as he has always make us feel comfortable and patiently answered our inquiries. He was all highly professional, our room check-in was seamlessly sorted. We were so grateful and ecstatically happy to have the Family Suite arranged by him. We would love to express our sincere appreciation to Saif and, the team who has made our stay truly unforgettable and filled with joy. Thanks for everything, the balloon and brownies delivered to our room.
My birthday dinner with my spouse at Bedrock Origin was truly amazing. Special mention to Michael, Suha, John, Maricel and Roy who have made our dinning experience memorable! We enjoyed our meal very much! We were truly thankful to Maricel for her genuine kindness and hospitality. It was very sweet of her and Suha - both brought me a birthday cake to our table and sang birthday song, wishing me happy birthday! These wonderful gestures have definitely brought me joy and created unforgettable memories for me and my spouse.
Our 5 nights staycation at Oasia Resort Sentosa was definitely the best choice. We have had an amazing quality time together. We always love the hotel’s cleanliness and peacefulness, it gives us a great sense of relaxation and rejuvenating feeling. It also gives a very comfortable and calming atmosphere which definitely an ideal place to unwind and for those who are considering to have a nice experience of yoga and meditation. Besides, we also love the hotel lobby - we were very impressed by the hotel’s modern and fresh greenery appearance with a large plant wall design that provides wellness and relaxation.
We highly recommend anyone who values location, quality and a touch of indulgence to a peaceful and comfortable stay on Sentosa Island with great service and convenience - whether it is for family/couple/solo/leisure/business trip. Great location on Sentosa Island conveniently located close to various amenities and major attractions and free shuttle bus service and, Sentosa Express (a monorail line that connects Singapore to Sentosa Island) to Beaches, Waterfront, Imbiah, Resorts World, VivoCity mall and access to HarbourFront mrt station. On the whole, it was a positive experience. Absolutely no regrets of choosing Oasia Resort Sentosa if you are planning to stay for the weekend getaway with your loved ones.
Lastly, we would like to give a big shout-out to the entire Oasia Resort Sentosa Team❤️ From the Front Office to Housekeeping and F&B - All have done a very fantastic job in their respective roles. Everyone was attentive, friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by their outstanding service and team work were absolutely recognised. We loved to come back for their excellent service is always remarkable, above 5 stars standard. Kudos to all of you!
