Overall, Ocean Casino is the best hotel in Atlantic City. If you're looking for a place to stay, do yourself a favor and book here. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — they made everyone feel special and checked us in right away. Our room was clean and had a great view. We stayed in a renovated room; while it still had a slightly dated feel, it wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means.

10/10 My stay was a memorable experience and filled with astonishing activities.
I loved the size of the resort most. There are so many amenities and areas for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful for navigating the resort. I enjoyed the ocean view and also the city view and really liked the room setup. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The bathroom was well managed. It came with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion which all smelled really good.

1/10 Train your staff on hospitality and customer service for all guest not just prime members. Guest should always come firs
Property didn’t even offer water for its guest unless you are a ocean prime member which is ridiculous. The staff was really rude especially one staff who said her name was Angel. The security guards give more hospitality and make you feel more welcomed than oceans staff. I would hesitate to visit this location again tho the facility itself is really nice and a lot of things to do. I just don’t recommend staying at the hotel

9/10 I enjoyed my stay and the side ocean view. I would visit again.
I loved the room and the side view of the ocean. The floor was high but, I did not mind that for the short stay.

10/10 Love this hotel but it's always soooo busy at checkin
The bathroom wasn't as clean their was an earring back in my toilet area and the earring was in my showers. I don't think it was vacuumed or wiped down properly it sort of looked like a rush job. Also the toilet seat was off its hinges I sat down and it moved giving me a heart attack.

staff was friendly and arena was perfect size with no bad seats . Show wasn’t sold out so they asked us if we wanted to move down to closer to stage? We moved down to better seats . Show length was perfect and start time was also perfect. enough time for dinner, hit the tables , show and more tables

Hotel lobby and facilities were great. Staff were all very friendly. Discovered stains on the sheets, hallway carpets outside of our room and throughout the hall was dirty. No source of Bluetooth connection, and a very outdated Am/FM radio for a he price and elegance of the hotel.

2/10 Bad communication
Restricted my card with zero communication. Said I had to play more but gave no expectation. The other boardwalk casinos are way better than this. I would recommen any other casino with better communication and hospitality. Food is overpriced at all restaurants

The whole resort is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Beautiful decorations throughout and great fish tank.
Rooms are comfortable and clean with beautiful views of Atlantic City. Bed extremely comfortable with great fluffy pillows..
