I meant to write this review soon after we returned from our trip to Majorca last May, but it slipped my mind until I saw the Palma Riad listed as a “best place to stay” in an article about Majorca in...I meant to write this review soon after we returned from our trip to Majorca last May, but it slipped my mind until I saw the Palma Riad listed as a “best place to stay” in an article about Majorca in the New York Times on October 16. The Palma Riad is simply magnificent! It is eclectic, intimate, unique, quiet, and elegant. It is an adult-only hotel with just 11 suites. Each suite is unique. My wife and I took the Suite Alhambra at the top for 4 nights and loved it. In addition to a massive 2-person tile shower and tub it has a private outdoor shower, too, which was lovely. The breakfast area is exceptional with a high glass ceiling, water gently pouring into a tranquil pool, and vines growing up the walls. I went for the Egg Benedict which was amazing. The best part of the Palma Riad is the staff. Jesus and Anita alternated shifts running the hotel and served as reception, bell-person, and concierge. They were amazing at getting us wonderful dinner reservations at nearby restaurants, suggesting tour itineraries, booking taxis and even getting a taxi to pick us up from the Castell de Bellver where we were stranded. They also arranged access to the rooftop bar, lounge and pool at an affiliated hotel a couple of blocks away that had a lovely view of the harbor. One morning we woke up to find no hot water, which they quickly dealt with and in the meantime arranged for us to access a room at the Hotel Born next door where we could shower. Our stay at the Palma Riad was one of the most fabulous and memorable hotel experiences in my life!Show More

It was amazing experience, we have spent there one night at the begining and one night at the end of our trip around Mallorca and it was totally perfect… Starting with exclusive service of whole team ...It was amazing experience, we have spent there one night at the begining and one night at the end of our trip around Mallorca and it was totally perfect… Starting with exclusive service of whole team before, during even after our stay, hotel is really stylish with cozy and mysterious atmosphere, quiet rooms with huge mirrors, spacious bathtubes and very comfotable beds and beddings (those pillows I want to buy home) while whole hotel is adult only what is pretty neat combination, beside this breakfasts are rich and tasty in cozy patio and the hotel is at perfect location at city centre close to all great places, for us especially spaces with amazing food and drinks but even to the airport… For us it was perfect stay and we deffinitely want to come back when we are at Palma again… Also we would like to give some special thanks Anita and Alina for amazing care they gave us - THANK YOU♥️…Show More
