They couldn’t do enough for you . The bar was very inviting with a good range of drinks and free snacks The dining area was always spotlessly clean , the range of breakfast food was HUGE! The seating areas area reception were comfortable The Christmas decorations were gorgeous ( still found it strange for Christmas in the sun ! ) The room was large and airy Only issue was the bath had a shower attachment but the bath was SO high I struggled a bit to get in and out of it. Range of toiletries were ample The pool area provided very comfortable loungers and ample pool towels. The only issue was that there were not enough of them as often many people had to sit at table and chairs due to lack of available loungers! I did see a bit of hogging the loungers - leaving them for a couple of hours unused and obviously not in the pool The gym had ample equipment and was always spotlessly clean Overall the whole experience added to our first visit to Singapore 🇸🇬 as the location in Clarke Quay was amazing. Bus es and trains all very close by. The hotel staff were always so helpful ordering cabs and they had an information desk manned by a really lovely person who was so helpful and knowledgeable about locations to visit and you were able to purchase your entry tickets from her. Very close to many food options and next door to Central shopping centre, which is also above MRT train station. 20-30 minute riverside stroll through Clarke Quay, Boat Quay to spectacular Marina Bay. 10-15 minute walk to Chinatown. The Paradox breakfast buffet was excellent, we chose to sit outside in the early morning air with a river view. The pool is very nice, main pool 0.9 to 1.5 m, a kiddy pool 0.5m, and a spa pool. Waterslides in main and kiddy pool, great for the kids. Room was large at 30 sqm, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful with tour suggestions, and room service was excellent. Would stay here again without question.Show More
