Staff are delightful. Our thanks go to Andrea the Hotel Manager and all her staff . Andrea is charming and runs the hotel with quiet efficiency and attention to detail. A very personable young lady who made it her business at breakfast to come to everyone’s table to check they were having a good time and to ask if they needed help. All staff had been trained to a very high standard . They made it their business to make you feel a valued customer . Rooms ticked all the boxes and had tea and coffee making facilities , plus free bottled water . Breakfast had a good choice of Majorcan inspired dishes and other familiar cooked choices . Tapas in the evening was excellent . The roof terrace with jacuzzi plunge pool was lovely and they gave you private access to the sauna and jacuzzi pool downstairs for an hour . They also have a gym. I would highly recommend this hotel whether you are on a business trip, or just visiting Palma for its cultural sights or shopping . Good bus service to all other parts of the Island . Excellently located on the fringe of Palma old town, it is within easy walk of the Cathedral, marina, shops and restaurants as well as being close to the newer town and 10 mins walk from the main transport interchange. Our room was a good size with large comfortable bed and pleasant bathrrom but the nice design lacked some basic features like coat hooks near the door, bedside and desk drawers, enough towel rails and enough ingredients for making more than just one cup of tea each (although the priced mini-bar was fully stocked). However, the house-keeping service was first rate and all the hotel staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The buffet-style breakfast choice was wonderful and the service for a la carte cooked items very prompt. The hotel has some amenities sych as a small roof terrace with sun beds, an indoor spa and pool and well as a gym. The spa and pool were fully booked on the day we hoped to use them. It also has a restaurant which we didn't use. There are hundereds of bars and restaurants in the area. Overall, we felt very well cared for.Show More

But tucked away from the crowds so it was great for us to feel like we could relax and unwind. The hotel was been beautifully decorated to a really high quality, it is luxurious, modern and immaculately clean throughout. Our room was really spacious which was fantastic for travelling with a toddler. Rooms were pristine, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the black out curtains really worked so we were able to get some really great nights sleep. We experienced really high levels of customer service on our stay. We found all staff very attentive and so enthusiastic for us to make the most of our stay in the city with fantastic food and drink recommendations. Staff went above and beyond with our baby which helped us create really special family memories! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sant Jaume Design Hotel as a fantastic location to stay in to make the most of seeing all Palma has to offer!Show More

It is an older style property which has been restored to a beautiful small hotel. We stayed 2 nights and the staff were the most welcoming and informative I have come across in many years of travel, explaining the hotel schedules, the surrounding area, recommendations for dinner and site seeing tips and areas on a map, all marked and explained. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a lovely reception area with a vaulted ceiling and an exceptional restaurant where breakfast is served, which is ample and provides quality choices. There is a spa which you need to book and have the sole use of and is an absolute after a day of walking the city, we used twice, and the lovely staff also arranged for us to use the spa at a sister hotel locally, here is a rooftop restaurant where you can watch the sunset in the evening and dine.Show More
