It was a great place to stay, however, a few warnings - 1. be prepared the minute you get there to try to get roped into a timeshare meeting. I get it, they’ve gotta try to sell but just annoying when you’ve been traveling all day. 2. this place is HUGE - we didn’t feel like getting groceries the first day so we walked to the local Market and it was like a 10 minute walk (not terrible but that was also the “community” closest to ours). We initially planned to go to all the pools but no way! Ours was pretty great though. 3. Food and drinks cost a lot! As I said, we didn’t want to get groceries the first day so we got drinks by the pool and 2 mixed drinks were $20 each. So, plan to get groceries and stay in your own little community area. Ubers are kind of a mess too, I would recommend just setting pick up for the community center and meeting them there. Would be nice if they had golf cart shuttles you could have around the community, think they’d do quite well just charging $5-10 plus tips. Otherwise the room was HUGE and beautiful and quiet so the rest are minimal Complaints.Show More

My grandson and I loved our 2-bedroom villa! We had requested top floor and it was perfect, with high ceilings and skylight! The villa was immaculate and well stocked. The villa was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were fantastic - clearly new and so comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but I was out quickly on that bed! Chloe rolled out the red carpet upon check-in. We can't say enough about her, starting our visit off with a bang and it just stayed at that level with everyone we encountered - from the onsite property shuttle drivers who drive you anywhere on the property on almost a moment's notice, to the cleaning crew, to the restaurant staff. The grounds are also meticulously maintained. We did discover that the resort no longer provides shuttles to Disney, but the Ubers were reasonable since the parks and Disney Springs were close by. There is no room service per se, but you can order from various restaurants in the area for delivery right to your villa. All in all, the resort made our trip even more fun and exciting than expected and we would definitely stay again!Show More

We have been staying at this property on and off for 20 years. Love the location, love the numerous pools and amenities. Over the years the nickel and diming has grown and at this point is off putti...We have been staying at this property on and off for 20 years. Over the years the nickel and diming has grown and at this point is off putting. $25 a day to park now...Mini golf $13/pp...the activities cost...have to rent a pickle ball court @ $10 /hr...but the kids just wanted to play a little...would have lasted 20 mins tops especially in the heat. They also try to come clean midweek to charge a fee! They auto set it up for 3x....No Thank you! I can do it myself and not pay $30 or $50 mid week clean fee for it. Loved the check out text asking me to remove all garbage....start the dishwasher and pile all linens in the hallway?? For the price I paid for the week...I think NOT! Have enjoyed previous stays and enjoyed this one too however will look at other options moving forward. Fees were a turn off. Show More

Property is very very spread out. No one would ever answer to try to get shuttle service to get to the pool or to the front desk where Uber picks up. There are no ice machines you have to buy bags of ice at the front so you have to keep driving back-and-forth if you need something only one bartender at the pool line for drinks were long taking up to 30-40 minutes to get a drink. Would not stay here again.Show More
