The only problems we had was that it took roughly 5 mins for the hot water to get hot which they did explain that they had been working on it and that there was work being done on the elevator. We were so impressed, and would definitely stay here again. Check-in was a breeze (took about 5 minutes) and the staff were very friendly. Our unit was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The resort was quiet and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is also very conveniently located (close to I-4 without being right next to it). We loved the room and the services. We noticed that the fire alarm goes off easily. We suggest the hotel to look at this, becaouse we just reheated a pizza and the alarm went off.
