10/10 Beautiful and comfortable property right on Waikiki!
The complex had amazing amenities. You didn't have to leave the property at all since you had restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a large pool and adult pool, along with access to Waikiki Beach. Appreciated that there was parking on site and easy to get to. Our room had a city view, but we actually were able to enjoy a view of the water when on the large balcony. Beds were very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the bidet style toilet.

4/10 it's not worth the money.
Our stay was disappointing, while the location of this hotel is excellent and the adult pool is amazing, everything else was not good. We rented a suite and stayed five nights, but I would not go back. it wasn't worth the money.
Our room was not clean. The curtains were dirty and smelled - so did one of our pillows. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. We didn't even get hot coffee for a $90 two person breakfast. And the kids' pool is overrated. It was cold to a point we could not use it - for all the money they charge, one would think they can perhaps heat the pool a little bit.

8/10 Prime location on the beach
Although I did not liked waikiki a lot, the Sheraton was a good place to stay. Prime location on Waikiki beach, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to abc and target. Check in was smooth and my room was ready very early ( I arrived from the pride of Amerika cruise ship). Beautiful bright, clean, modern ocean front room on 16th floor. My rate included a $50 dollar resort credit per day wich I spended at pink pancakes breakfast at next door bonvoy hotel. Lovely pool bar with great cocktails.

8/10 Great hotel with great restaurants but more pool chairs and umbrellas are needed.
Rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Sheraton even provided us with beautiful refillable water bottles.

9/10 Excellent location and amenities
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The location is excellent! The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. What I loved most about this hotel is its proximity to Waikiki beach as well as the manicured lawn and pool next to the beach. It’s also located along a busy street with amazing views, upscale shopping and awesome restaurants. Definitely highly recommend this hotel!

No room service. Plan to leave your room 3 times a day at least.
No heated pool. The water is really cold.
Small rooms for the price.

10/10 Stay at Sheraton Waikiki
Beachfront room with beautiful views of the ocean & Diamond Head. Clean, comfy beds, yummy food, warm infinity pool, kids pool, not much beach but enough & convenient short walk to Waikiki Beach, shopping & food. Attentive & friendly staff. Awesome place to visit!

Great resort! Had a great time only complaint is the amount of umbrellas and chairs at the adult pool. People were lining up before 8am to get a spot. Other than that overall a wonnderful time. If we return to Honolulu this would be the place to stay.

Pool, close to beach, easy access to restaurant, buses, trolley, stores, and baggage storage. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.

10/10 Best hotel on Waikiki Beach
We stayed in an Ocean front room on the top floor [31]. Amazing sunsets and view of surfers/ boats in the morning. Picture perfect.
On arrival there was a mix up with our booking as it was not appearing on the Sheraton system. Issue was on the Booking.com end. Logan at reception was exceptionally helpful and a calming presence whilst I sorted out the issue over the phone with Booking. Great service!
The best pool and facilities on Waikiki Beach. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back.

The staff were really really great! From the front desk, to the pool staff, concierge, bell service staff, every single person working always had a smile on, helpful and friendly.

Very clean and modern rooms, easy check in, friendly staff. Location was amazing as it was surrounded with shops and food places. We loved the pool and the beach right outside. Games for the kids, we also stayed in the partial ocean view room and was great, beautiful view of the ocean and the city, we also watched the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. Everything was amazing, definitely the best resort vibe.

The location, views, pools and room are all amazing. We booked the diamond head oceanfront view and it was worth every moment. The view as truly something special. I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay central in Waikiki.
We have stayed here twice before with a bunch of friends and enjoy it every time. The infinity pool is great to cool off at the end of the day.
