The air conditioning was not working properly, the room was hot all the time even when the air was running in the lowest possible temperature. It made a really loud noise when working. It made a really loud noise when working. Only few TV channels, mostly news and some sports. They only changed the towels once in five days. The ice maker machine located in our floor was not working. There was no coffee maker nor microwave in our room. Also, there are not free parking for the hotel guests, you have to pay $35+ taxes daily, but I would recommend anyone to park on this parking if you are not familiar with the area. Something I like was that the elevator only works with the room key, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to access to any room. Show More

When we first got to our room for unknown reasons the toilet wouldn’t flush, I contacted the front desk , the problem was resolved within 10 mins. The rooms are super small, pictures are very deceiving. The Beds are uncomfortable, I barely got any sleep. I contacted the front desk prior to leaving for our day trip (Saturday) about toiletries , tidying up the room & a fresh set of towels just to come back and everything was still a mess and no clean towels. The communication could have been a lot better. Location is great ! Very close to the beach , restaurants , shopping areas, etc. The hotel is very nice and clean. Show More

Upon entering my room, there was a strong odor of sweat, cigarettes, and dirty laundry. On top of that, I noticed small bugs in my room each night, including roaches. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom floor, which made it inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, these issues made my stay very uncomfortable. My only issue which I didn't say anything because everything else was fantastic. There was a black weave under the table where the phone was. Smiling and friendly. This was a last minute reservation and we weren't unhappy. parking is tight for a flat bed truck but it is a big truck. Yo cant do anything about the homeless lurking around which may denture people, but that life. we are from the area and just wanted a night away.
