Away from kids, work and responsibilities. We desperately needed a break. From the moment we pulled up, Daniel from valet and all the guys were super kind, helpful and that welcoming atmosphere just felt warm and started the weekend in the most beautiful way. Then from Sasha’s sweet welcome inside to Veronica’s check in experience it was all amazing. We got an upgrade thru our Hilton honors program. Beautiful views of the ocean just made it super relaxing. Every time we went down to the lobby we had Livigis fun and outgoing personality to awesome service by Luis, Nixon and Paul. The overall experience was so much fun. If I have forgotten anyone’s names I am sorry. But every staff on the lobby floor from 11/14 to 11/16 all day long was amazing. I want to say thank you to them for making everything for two very exhausted people who needed a very needed break so special. It’s all about feeling welcomed somewhere. It’s the small conversations that make memories. Keep up the amazing job. We hope to return and visit again😊😊😊Show More

We arrived late, no sheets in bed (it seems if you arrive late you’re not entitled to bed sheets). We called room service 2 times in an hour, 2 times we got room service is coming. We called room service 2 times in an hour, 2 times we got room service is coming. We waited a few hours and finally fall asleep, 3 in one bed. At the morning, we called again room service, it seems there is no assistance so the bed sheets were never coming (and of course we had to call or the bedsheets were never coming), the lady at night just lied to us and we stayed awake until 2 am for nothing. I think the lie it’s even worst than the lack of bed sheets / readiness of the room, it’s the way of showing lack of interest in the customers. They waved us $53 of one night of resort fee, so I guess that’s great (it’s not, sarcasm). There is also a $60 mandatory valet parking. I personally don’t see the point kind of services. Slow, expensive and every time you need your car you have to go through this unnecessary process. I’m on paying an expensive overnight parking fee, don’t force to do that also. Anyway, it’s a nice hotel with nice rooms, but for me, quality of service defines the hotel.Show More

They gave me no choice but to leave my rental car with valet when I asked where to park. They said there is no other place to park. Of course... it costs $60.00 + tax per day for them to park the car. They are friendly but that's only the book-cover. I had to call for the room to be made up which they did not do. I had to call that day to request towels. On another day I had to call again for the room to be cleaned and made up... and for toilet paper!Show More

Lauderdale. I look for opportunities to go when I'm traveling anywhere in South Florida. :) Last weekend was my first time back since the rebrand. The new lobby and rooftop bar are beautiful. The rooms are always well-maintained and housekeeping does an excellent job. In the ocean view room, I appreciate the spacious balconies (yes, plural), fresh and modern decor, and luxurious bathtub. The staff is always pleasant. Two staff members who stood out on this particular visit were Nixon and Luigi. From the time I pulled up to valet, Nixon warmly greeted me and allowed me to shift into vacation mode. He helped me, and a friend who came to visit me, get our cars situated. Then Luigi unloaded my luggage and grocery bags and took them to my room so I could relax and enjoy settling into my home away from home after a long morning of traveling. When it was time for me to head back home, Nixon was right there to wish me a pleasant journey and let me know he and the team would be waiting for my return. Don't hesitate to book a stay at the Beach House. It never disappoints.Show More
