Room did not have a desk chair(delivered after complaint) floor tiling is beginning to come undone. Handle on shower water falls off. Daytime desk manager totally displays a not customer-service-friendly attitude. He was helpful but totally reticent to give full and friendly responses. Shuttle to airport - only 3 x a day. But driver told me it is available on other times by demand. Hotel was sparsely occupied on my stay. Would not want to be there if it were anywhere near fully occupied. Breakfast area is way too small to handle large numbers of people. Breakfast choices were varied and well-managed. But the crowd was very small.Show More

The service staff made sure everything was maintained with smile and positive mind set. The rooms are very clean cut with comfortable beds and the house keeping standard is excellent.
