We've stayed at this hotel many times and have previously enjoyed it and the Lockbox restaurant. This stay was different. The hotel has become a little shabbier in general. The sink didn't drain pro...We've stayed at this hotel many times and have previously enjoyed it and the Lockbox restaurant. This stay was different. The hotel has become a little shabbier in general. The sink didn't drain properly, paint on the window frames was peeling, there were problems with the internet, and the elevators took a very, very long time to respond. The food from the restaurant was a disappointment, unlike in the past. Front desk personnel were not rude, but were not friendly or helpful. But what was most disappointing was that the hotel charged us for an extra night. After many email exchanges and telephone calls we were unable to get them to reimburse us. They continued to say they had not charged us while our credit card indicated charges for an extra night. We will not stay in this hotel again, nor in any of their other locations. Very disappointing, since it was once one of our favorite places to stay.Show More
