The outside of the property was beautiful and the room that I booked was very large and included 2 rooms, a living space, bathroom and small kitchen area. This WOULD have been a good stay if we did no...The outside of the property was beautiful and the room that I booked was very large and included 2 rooms, a living space, bathroom and small kitchen area. This WOULD have been a good stay if we did not go to pull down the bedsheets to find BLOOD, called the front desk for them to come, see it on the bed and ACKNOWLEDGE it to us and tell us that the night manager would take care of us in the morning. I wasn’t expecting a full refund and had no expectations. But not even an I’m sorry. All I got was this night staff saying that she got the sheets down to laundry and inspected them to find no blood and only a rip in the sheets (which we didn’t even see). She was in our room WITH another employee and saw it. They both acknowledged it and were quick to make a really crappy bed only because they said they knew we had a baby with us.Show More

So unique! It has an incredible mural on the facade and artwork throughout the interior. It also has plants everywhere. I reported a sad palm in our room that was afflicted with scale. I reported a sad palm in our room that was afflicted with scale. The lady at the front desk said they had a “plant hospital” for their sick plants. Our room was huge with lots of windows. Bed was comfortable, linens were great. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. We were there for horse tours and the farms were a reasonable distance. Show More
