We stayed here for celebrating our anniversary, and they celebrated with the special dessert and drink as we told that reason. The view from the window is so nice, if you want to enjoy the bridge. Breakfast is good as well, you can choose anything you want. Egg and tea or coffee are served if you ask the waiter, so you can enjoy the hot one. There are some bus stops near the hotel, and supermarket and the coin laundry. さすが高級ホテルだけあり、設備やサービス、接客が良かったです。チェックイン時に滞在の目的を聞かれて、記念日の記念だと伝えたところ、部屋へ特別なデザートを運んできてくださり、ホスピタリティに感動しました。川に面した部屋だったので、橋もよく見えましたし、広くて素敵な部屋でした。浴槽とシャワーブースと分かれていたので、気分で使う方を選べました。バスアメニティの香りもよく、シャワーも水圧バッチリでした。朝食も少し値が張るのですが、種類も豊富でした。最終日はフライトに間に合うか絶妙でしたが、6時半頃には準備が整って開けてもらえたので、食べてからチェックアウトすることができてよかったです。メニューも少しずつ変化しているので、連泊しても飽きないで楽しめると思います。カフェスペース近くには飲料水のサーバーがあり、自由に常温と冷水を汲むことができました。部屋にもボトルの水が補充されているので、水分補給にも困りませんでした。ホテル近くにバス停がいくつかあり、セントラルへ向かうのもスムーズでした。Show More

It was first time to the hotel and I was made to feel so welcome, with details on restaurant and gym times and location shared. My room was fabulous and overlooked the beautiful Brisbane River and Story Bridge (and wow, no better place to view a Brisbane thunderstorm - incredible). I was surprised at the size of the room, that it had a large long lounge chair PLUS both bath and shower. The bed was super comfortable and I had such a great night's sleep - and the airconditioning kept me cool from the humid Brisbane weather. I met on duty manager, Alex, during my stay and he was professional and attentive. Perfect location to walk into the Queen St Mall, walk along the river or take buses/Uber/drive to any part of Brisbane.Show More

The location is perfect with everything around. Initially got a room with two double beds for a single person but the front office was kind enough to change the room with river views. What I loved most was the SPA and the swimming pool with city views. The gym was a bit outdated with equipment seemed pretty average. The only reason I am giving four stars is because of the cold and not so welcoming experience of the front of house staff. The experience made me feel that being a Marriott Gold Elite member is nothing. I enquired about the access to Executive Lounge and I was told on my face, that’s it’s only for Platinum members and above…never felt so humiliated ever before. But there’s always a first time for everything. Would love to visit again whenever an opportunity comes as I have nothing against the property.Show More
