Our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on clouds. The views over the city were a bonus, especially at night. The location is also perfect — close to everything, easy to walk around, and very convenient for transport. The breakfast selection was amazing, with so many fresh, high-quality options. I pay for my gold membership of the Accor program to ensure a single checking experience across all hotels I staying.. The experience is fully documented in https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/cards-status-benefits/online-check-in-fast-check-out/index.en.shtml This hotel; has gone insane, and refused to honour the Accor experience in its dedicated check in lane. After two staff and over 20 mins of wasting my time including a supervisor they still refused to provide the service I paid for... I will never return to this hapless establishment again.Show More

So disappointed in this stay. Pillows NOT on the bed.?? Cheap slippers in room. Toilet seat left UP in ALL rooms?? Mold throughout the bathroom. Pay the $ to fly to Sydney and stay at Sofitel Darling Harbour, where Management knows how to run a 5 ☆ hotels. This is 3 ☆ at best.Show More
