The rooms were very tired with broken fixtures. The bathroom had a cracked sink, mould between the sink and the bench, the toilet seat was loose and moved when you sat on it, the toilet roll holder wa...The rooms were very tired with broken fixtures. The bathroom had a cracked sink, mould between the sink and the bench, the toilet seat was loose and moved when you sat on it, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, the shower had very poor patch work and no shelving. The hotel has moved to pump packs for soap etc and they aren’t refilled so ours ran out mid stay and wasn’t replaced by housekeeping. Curtains in the rooms were broken and the control panel for the air conditioning was broken. The aircon also didn’t circulate in the room resulting in one bed being very hot and the other receiving all the cold air. Hallways were dirty, plates and crockery in the buffet breakfast were unclean. Often only one of the three lifts was “working” resulting in lengthy waits and the screens in the lift to show floor number either didn’t work at all or displayed wrong information. Overall the hotel was in poor condition compared to others in the same price point and believe the photos shared by the hotel are misleading.Show More
