They even passed it on to the Day Manager who did come and see me as I waited for my car to apologise for my experience. So I can see that the staff really want you to have a good stay but perhaps those above are too much into cost saving rather than revenue raising. A customer who has been failed costs you more than a failure to keep the property up to standard.Show More

Ryan’s on the Park on the ground floor is lovely, nice atmosphere & great coffee. We also tried room service for dinner after we arrived & it came a lot quicker than the estimated time & we had a very tasty chicken schnitzel & rump steak (cooked beautifully), & the prices for room service were reasonable. First time we’ve stayed & only here 1 night this time but we will definitely come back again.Show More
