Overall my check in experience was alright, the room itself seemed fresh and clean, and unlike other reviews I found the room to be quiet and ended up getting a good nights sleep. Yes, it appears the bathroom water on the floor situation is a on going issue and is more a design fault, which is completely out of control of the hotel staff. The food quality at Zuma Bar & Grill was pretty decent and reasonable. There is a onsite swimming pool and fitness centre available. Location wise I cannot fault this property, everything in the Brisbane CBD is easily accessible from this property.Show More

Shower leaks a lot of water from the actual recess so a towel is most definately needed to soak up the water. Outdoor pool is in full sun with a few umbrellas and chairs around. Parking is a challenge. The car park is not really associated with the hotel and is quite expensive. Spaces are very limited and not well marked out. As there is no elevator access to the car park, it is very much recommended to unpack the car at check in and then move your car.Show More
