I booked this vacation throug...This was a Family trip we have needed for a long time. The only complaint I would have (to get it out of the way) is the timeshare pitch booking as soon as you check in. I booked this vacation through AFVC; I just needed to check in, get my parking pass, then go to my room. But I got held up with a date/time to go to "lunch" that we were not able to attend due to other circumstances. Just not appropriate to do this after people have spent several hours on the road and need to rest from exhaustion. That being said... The resort was great. There are four pools that we utilized. They were heated. There are amenities on the resort that provide most of what you would need immediately. The rooms were clean, nice, and spacious. We had a 1 bedroom and it was plenty for our Family of 4. I have a teen daughter so another bathroom would have been nice, but that isn't the resort's fault... Everyone who worked on the resort that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. Some were more helpful than they had to be; in a good way. The location was good. There were some nights we did not go out for dinner, I just walked to nearby restaurants and picked the food up myself. It was also very convenient to everything we needed while we were there. IF we ever return to Orlando area, we will stay here again. Show More

We had to finally do that twice to get some sleep. It was clean but a bit dated and worn. We had a 3 bedroom, and the beds were comfortable. Our view from the deck was the parking lot. Staff was pleasant and they tried to sign us up for the tour when we checked in. We didn't and they never bothered us again about it. The pools are nice with a good variety. Overall, it was a good, average stay. It is conveniently located!! I had seen some very bad reviews and was concerned, but it wasn't as bad as the reviews made it sound. Certainly not upscale but an overall decent stay.Show More
