However, I was told to call ...After checking out, I was sent an incorrect bill that didn’t match the receipt I had signed. Mistakes happen, so I called the hotel, and they confirmed it was their error. However, I was told to call back another day when accounting was available. When I called back, I had to re-explain the situation to accounting, who again acknowledged the mistake and said they would return my call—but they never did. I called once more and left a message requesting an update. Three business days later/the following week, I finally received a return call, had to explain everything yet again. They confirmed the error and said someone would call me back by end of the day. No one called back. It has now been 12 days since checkout, and I still have not received a simple refund. I’m unsure what else to do at this point besides consider filing a police report or pursuing small claims. It’s a trivial amount, but consider that Omni would spare no effort if the situation were reversed and a guest stole money from them. I'm also sharing the experience with our conference organizer. I’m giving 2 stars only because the women working in the deli were so kind.Show More

Our family of four came to stay at the Omni at Championsgate from Thursday to Sunday over the Labor Day weekend to celebrate my daughter turning six years old. I cannot say enough about this property...Our family of four came to stay at the Omni at Championsgate from Thursday to Sunday over the Labor Day weekend to celebrate my daughter turning six years old. I cannot say enough about this property and the people who work there. When booking, I mentioned in the notes that we were staying for my daughter's birthday. I received a phone call from one of the assistant managers (Ms. Tia) informing us she would like to make our stay special and surprised us with an upgraded view and a complimentary cabana on our trip. We were floored! This was such an incredible gesture and it become one of our favorite memories from the trip. Upon arriving, Ms. Diamond checked us in and gave both my children complimentary Omni "swag bags". Not only was it a wonderful touch to starting our vacation, both my children felt recognized and special. We settled in and started to check out the beautiful property. We decided to eat at Trevi's for dinner (it was 50% off kids meals during August). Our server Mr. Donald, was very professional and make sure we were happy with our meal. The food was top notch. When we returned to our hotel room, we walked into a birthday surprise from Ms. Tia and her team: balloons, a chocolate board, cards, and gifts (not only for the birthday girl but also one for my son which was incredibly thoughtful and generous). I cannot express our gratitude enough for making my daughter (and the rest of our family) feel so special. The next day at the beautiful cabana, Ms. Isa was our pool side server who provided exceptional service. Ms. Jocelyn and Ms. Valerie came out with balloons and another swag bag (with an Omni beach ball and an Omni rubber ducky) for the birthday girl. On Saturday we ate at Trevi's breakfast buffet (kids eat free in August) and Mr. Alex served us. He provided exceptional service with his attention to detail and kind energy. I am picky with buffets, and this one did not disappoint. The entire team was working hard on making sure the food was fresh and plentiful. On Sunday we were able to get a late checkout (thank you Ms. Diamond!) and take advantage of the pool for a bit before we left. Ms. Isa and Mr. Jose were our pool side servers and checked in to make sure we were taken care of during our time. My daughter got her hair braided from Ms. Maria (she is talented and great with kids!). It was sad for everyone to leave the wonderful Omni bubble when our time was up. But the memories and the exceptional attention to detail from the entire Omni team deserves recognition (especially Tia, Diamond, Donald, Isa, Jocelyn, Valerie, Alex, Jose, and Maria). They created such a memorable experience for our family. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Omni!Show More

The CSR provided me with a complimentary room upgrade, but it was only a pool view, and I was expecting a balcony, especially because the hotel was clearly at low capacity. I was also provided with 2 complimentary drink vouchers, which was nice, but we did not get the opportunity to use them, because we forgot them in the room multiple times. A better approach would be at add the, to the account, so when drinks are charged on the room it would be automatically adjusted. There was an error made on check-in and I needed to return to reprogram my card, not a big deal. The room was clean, but dated, not overly spacious, but okay for a family of 3. The shower only had hot water, which was problematic, because I like luke-warm showers. I called house housekeeping a couple times for additional amenities and they were quick and attentive. The pool area is large and locating a lounger was never a problem. My kid had fun on the lazy river, waterslide, and wave pool. The pool side service was quick and attentive, but I found the food lacking. One day I ordered an appetizer (Chips and Hummus), it came with an abundant amount of chips, and a small dollop of hummus. The proportions were completely off. Also, I ordered a hotdog and fries for my kid, with Ketchup and mustard, and they did not have mustard. Found that odd for a 4+ star hotel. I did eat at the Deli on the lower level, and must commend most of the staff on being attentive and polite. The sizes are generous and filling for the cost. I did not appreciate that the coffee did not include refills. You charge over $5 for a medium coffee, then ask for an additional $1 per refill? This is a 4+ star hotel, either provide complimentary refills, or charge for a full coffee, the $1 charge is embarrassing. Check-out was quick, and uneventful. Overall I rate our stay a 7/10, and would likely return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.Show More

From the very beginning, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. First and foremost, I want to highlight Arielle at the overnight front desk. She was an absolute star—personable, friendly, and kind, answering every question I had with patience and charm. She maintained such a warm, positive vibe during the night shift, which is rare and so appreciated. Her fun personality truly brought life to the late hours. She was training David during my stay, and even on his very first day, he was kind, approachable, and a joy to meet. Other front desk team members like Ethan, Kenzie, and Ashley were also wonderful—professional, attentive, and helpful at every interaction. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jesse, the restaurant manager, who exemplifies professionalism, class, and service. He was welcoming, helpful, and pointed me toward the most delicious dinner at David’s Club—the pork belly on a bed of mashed potatoes. It was so good I only wish it were a permanent menu item because I could have happily eaten it every day! The dining experience was further elevated by Diogenes, Sarah (the bartender), and Jordan (the kitchen supervisor)—all of whom were attentive, warm, and ensured the meal was nothing short of lovely. This was our second time celebrating an event at the Omni, and once again, the experience was seamless thanks to our amazing coordinator Megan and banquet captain Scott. Although not everything during the event went exactly as planned and there were a few mishaps along the way, the care and effort of the staff shone through. We are so thankful for the Omni’s warm ambiance, world-class service, and the exceptional team members who make every stay feel memorable. We will certainly be back to celebrate again—the Omni has truly earned a special place in our family’s hearts.Show More
