We went to breakfast and were told the price when we asked. We had breakfast, and as we were unable to see any coffee machine in there, we asked for 2 coffees. The coffee was an additional charge when we went to pay. I questioned it, but clearly, they weren't removing the charge from the bill. For the whole 2p it would have cost them for the coffee. Good customer service would have been to remove the charge. It was a shame as the service is what people remember. So just be aware if you are ordering coffee at breakfast.Show More

Great stay for the halfway point of our trip. The ground floor rooms were loud as the building sounded like it ws expanding and the loading zone was outside out window so large trucks went pass.
