There was an excellent fridge, coffee maker and supplies, powdered milk, sugar, ground coffee, to go with it, and blackout curtains making sleep in the queen bed easy. It was extremely clean and we even had the cleaning staff come and ask if we needed our room tidied after our first night because we stayed for two nights. There is a unique dining room with a Victorian style table settings on the main floor, very high quality looking with white napkins, wine glasses, water glasses etc.Show More

I arrived after 11pm and had no problem with this as you’re advised of the access code for the front door on your day of a...Great location. Incredibly easy to check in even though there’s no reception. I arrived after 11pm and had no problem with this as you’re advised of the access code for the front door on your day of arrival. There’s a list available once inside of your room number. There are no lifts so it’s a steep staircase to the top level. I’d suggest requesting a lower floor if stairs are an issue for you. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They are quite small. The restaurant bar underneath is great and the happy hour is worth staying around for. There’s the Duke of Duckworth inn right next door for great food and beer! Just walk down one block and you’re amongst lots of food offerings. You’re within walking distance of The Rooms. St. John’s is a steep and hilly city so be prepared!Show More
