It was a fine hotel. Small suite with a small balcony. Everyone was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was alright. Fun that they unloaded right from the canal. Unfortunately, a small bag containing over $600 (USD) in merchandise, including a leather purse and six wallets, went missing from our room. We know it was there when we left in the morning. The bag was not there when we went to pack that evening. (We had been gone all day.) Several emails back and forth yielded no results. My homeowners' insurance did not meet the deductible. The hotel took no responsibility. Apparently, I am out $600. A rather costly addition to the expense of an already nice, over-priced hotel.Show More
