I am writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding our recent stay at your hotel from Nov 2 to Nov 3 The experience was truly horrible and fell far below the expected standard fo...I am writing to express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding our recent stay at your hotel from Nov 2 to Nov 3 The experience was truly horrible and fell far below the expected standard for your brand. Our issues began immediately at check-in with the front desk agent, Guilda. Despite having a confirmed reservation, she was extremely unwelcoming, rude, and unapproachable, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Furthermore, she was speaking negatively in another language in front of us, clearly believing we would not understand. This behavior is unprofessional and highly disrespectful. The negative experience continued when we attempted to dine at the hotel restaurant. We were told there was no availability, only to see plenty of empty tables. When we sought assistance, the service staff were unkind and unwilling to accommodate us. At one point, a staff member even threw a towel onto the desk.when we were looking for help. Consequently, we cancelled our reservation entirely, as no one seemed willing to provide even basic service. From the front desk to the restaurant, the entire staff interaction was deeply unpleasant. My stay was meant to be relaxing, but instead, it was stressful and completely unaccommodating. We will never stay at this hotel again. We request an immediate investigation into these matters and a response detailing what steps will be taken to address the severe lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by your team.Show More
