The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived—really made us feel at home. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from the train station, which made arriving with luggage and kids incredibly easy. Despite being so close, the hotel still feels peaceful and charming. Breakfast was superb every morning. Plenty of choice, and I really appreciated the good English/vegetarian options too—nice to see that thoughtfully included. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel has that lovely traditional Venetian feel throughout. Highly recommended for families and anyone wanting convenience, comfort, and truly customer-friendly service. We’d happily stay again!Show More
