We did not plan to stay at this hotel. We were basically forced here after booking the Hilton Palace and arriving at midnight from a late flight to be told that the hotel was overbooked and we would be moved to Embassy Suites. We were not impressed, but it was late so we took it in stride as at this point we needed a place to lay our heads after a long day of travel.
Pros:
- check in was smooth and the employees were helpful and sympathetic about our situation
- free parking
- free breakfast (with lots of options and lots of seating)
- pool was lovely
- rooms were large and clean
Cons:
- there are no vending machines or late night food options. We arrived around 11:30 pm and had to leave to find a store as we couldn’t even get bottled water or a bag of chips anywhere. Not very convenient after a late flight. I figured vending machines are pretty standard in hotels. When I went to the desk to ask - they just shrugged and said they didn’t have anything like that. There is a small gift shop with snacks, but it was closed.
- rooms (despite being large and clean) were VERY dated. Definitely have seen better days. Did the trick for the two nights we were there.
- water pressure very low in the sink, shower, and toilet. Toilet barely flushed. We had to have maintenance come and “fix it” but it still didn’t work. We found ourselves preferring to go down and use the lobby bathrooms. Not ideal.
Overall, great budget hotel. It was fine for 2 nights. Needs a major facelift.
Would probably not return.

10/10 Excellent location, friendly service.
We stayed here a few weeks ago and had a great time. We were in the area staying at a different embassy suites which was also great) and decided to stay an extra day. This happened to be closer to where we were spending some of our time so we decided to check it out. Of course like many, or all, embassy suites there was a great happy hour with complementary drinks in the early evening. Great complementary breakfast in the morning. The rooms were great. It was raining for most of our visit but the pool actually looked pretty cool. I’ll definitely check that out next time. We look forward to coming back.

Loved the theming. Loved that the room consisted of a living room and bedroom and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, especially the omelette bar. Staff was also helpful and friendly.

8/10 Embassy hotel
It was nice family friendly resort. The hotel does cater to family with having free onsite breakfast that includes mickey waffles, a happy hour where you can get complimentary drinks and snacks such as popcorn and pretzels. For the kids there is a coloring section; they can have free snow cones by the pool. They have a small kids area where there is a water slide. The hot tub did not get hot during our stay. The pool water was cold. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The room is spacious, beds were comfortable. There is a resort fee and you have to pay for parking daily.

10/10 A nice stay near theme parks
The room was very well appointed with comfortable beds and the pool area was well kept.
Breakfast was nice to have included and the made to order omelets were a welcome touch.
The only points for improving might be that the water pressure was a little low and we could hear the music from the common area in our room.

Vania at the front desk was extremely patient, nice and helpful. She was amazing. Thank you so much. Very clean. Happy hour. Lots of amenities for the smallest to the largest in age. If you need help, don’t hesitate to speak with one of the representatives.

Bedding soiled with body fluid of previous occupant. Hotel did not remedy the situation. Their response was completely unacceptable.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was awesome. The room was larger than we expected and there was daily cleaning.
The best part of this hotel was the inclusive breakfast, you had access to a buffet and a variety of beverages at no extra cost. There was also a complimentary snack in the afternoons.

Daniel at the front desk had such an amazing attitude even tho they were having a little rough time with the housekeeping and the rooms being delayed for check in. He made sure to keep his professionalism and positive attitude. LOVED the breakfast!!!

The property was close to everything. The resort itself is nice, but you can tell it is an older property. It could use some updates and deep cleaning. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

10/10 I always stay here on my trips to Orlando. Rooms are clean/comfy. Happy hour/breakfast no charge!
Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi.
The Happy Hour is amazing. Just please don't forget to tip the bartender!! Staff is working hard!
Breakfast in very pleasant to start the day! Has all the breakfast food you would want and delightful omelette specialty cooks ready to take your order!
