We loved the location, close to everything we needed and more! Unfortunately, there were many things that could have been better. A couple of the front desk staff were very rude. The seal was broken...We loved the location, close to everything we needed and more! Unfortunately, there were many things that could have been better. A couple of the front desk staff were very rude. The seal was broken in the hotel room window, which was steamed up and had water run streaks between the glass, making it very difficult to see out. The beds were uncomfortable and the duvet cover had an opening in the bottom, the duvet would always fall out on the floor. While the cover appeared clean the duvet didn’t. Sheets were small for the deep mattress in the bed and would come up exposing the mattress. Carpet was very dusty enough you could smell the dust. With an allergy to dust I would wake very congested each morning. Breakfast was manageable. Although there were a lot of people for breakfast there was no one cleaning tables. We had to clean/wipe down our own table. Parking was great, lots of room. We stayed at Hampton in Sydney and it was leaps and bounds over this one.Show More
