Location to Harbour and restaurants.
Room size. The parking attendant was very timely and the cleaning crew did a good job each day.

The room was clean and large. Hotel was in a convenient location near the waterfront. Valet parking was comparatively good value and convenient. Staff were unfailingly polite and mannerly.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we loved that the king suite had 2 pullout couches so each of our kids had their own beds.

This was our first time and won’t be our last! We travelled with our toddler and we loved our suite set up - cozy apartment vibes, separate bedroom. Our tv was having issues and they replaced it immediately. We also got a text from the concierge when we checked in. Incredible service the entire stay.
