I was a bit dubious staying here because in some reviews they said it was noisy. With the 2 rooms we had, we didn't hear any noise from the adjoining rooms or from outside. With the 2 rooms we had, we didn't hear any noise from the adjoining rooms or from outside. Pictures of the rooms didn't do it any justice. The double room had an enormous bed. The bed in the double and twin room were very comfortable however for me the 2 pillows per person were extremely soft. I didn't use any of my pillows. The hotel is in in a terrific area. The metro and buses were outside the hotel which meant you had ease of getting around. We travelled a lot by uber and metro. Uber was super cheap compared to London, England. So cheap in face that we either went via uber xl or priority. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and helpful. Check in was at 3pm but as one of the rooms were ready at around 10am, we all just chucked our things in that room went out for the day and returned around 3am with the other room key waiting for us in reception. Would I stay at this hotel again? Most definitely, I would without any exceptions at all. In fact this hotel would be my go to when staying in Lisbon.Show More

Facil de sair pra caminhar ou alugar uma bicicleta elétrica, ou patinetes eletricos. É só atravessar a rua e já esta dentro do Metro(comboio). Os carros param na porta sem sobresaltos e para alugar ou entregar um carro na Europcar precisa caminhar apenas uma quadra. Apesar de estar no centro da cidade, o nível de ruído nos apartamento e perfeito! O Café da manhã(pequeno almoço), como referencia de amigos, é EXCEPCIONAL. Minha nota é 10, com recomendações!Show More

The meeting points for various group tours ( day trips) are located close by and walkable. A lovely park is just opposite the hotel. The room was neat and clean although it was a bit small .The bed was very comfortable. The AC was functional. Breakfast was sumptuous. However it did include the famed Pastal Da Nata. Nevertheless I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were courteous and helpful. I did not use the other facilities and can therefore not comment about the same. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.Show More
