This was our second stay at the Hilton as it is the closest hotel to our son’s apartment. The first stay was a little worse than the present one. The room we were assigned to smelled strongly of chemi...This was our second stay at the Hilton as it is the closest hotel to our son’s apartment. The first stay was a little worse than the present one. The room we were assigned to smelled strongly of chemicals , possibly bug spray. We had to go back and get another room. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower and the safe did not work. Those things were corrected after someone texted me and asked about our stay so far. The most irritating thing was the parking. I prepaid for parking. After 4 different key changes, we never could get out of the garage without calling for assistance. When I reported this , they charged me again for parking and it still did not work. We tried again and the same garage issue occurred. Someone texted and asked how was my stay again. I said we can not get out of the garage. She responded that I have to pay for parking for my key to work. I told her we had parking added but it was still not working. Someone else texted that their parking manager agreed there was a problem. This means there had been a problem for 2 months because it wax the same issue we had before. It might sound trivial but having to get help when there are cars waiting behind you is annoying and we will not stay there again. I think I am the most annoyed because they bother to ask and then still can but fix the issue.Show More

I appreciated the extra space, even as a solo traveler. The bed was extrememly comfy and I was pleased with the service; especially the ice in a bag they supplied whenever it was needed! The location was perfect for where I went in town; access to the freeway was quick and easy and most everything was 20 mins away or less. The staff was always smiling and quick with a "hello", or "good morning", or "have a nice night" whenever I saw them. I appreciate the use of bulk body wash, shampoo & conditioner instead of the personal plastic bottles; a great eco move for the planet. I also liked the handle in the shower for safety. I felt very safe in the parking garage; it was well lit at night.Show More

There was a nice lounge forthose who wanted cocktails. A nice breakfast buffet, not included, but there if you want it. Workout room, as well. They have a rooftop area where they serve drinks and small bites on certain nights. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed. We stayed there to be close to a hospital for my surgery, and they have a shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. They brought us back to the hotel afterward.. All staff we encountered were very courteous.Show More
