Normally, we like staying on-site at Disney, but...We recently stayed at Hilton Vacation Club Cypress Pointe Orlando for seven nights, renting two three-bedroom, three-bath condos for our group of nine. Normally, we like staying on-site at Disney, but with RCI we were able to book both condos just for the exchange rate plus points — and the value was unbeatable. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. Both condos were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet, so sleep quality was great after long days in the parks. The location was ideal — just a short drive to all four Disney parks. On our first day, we parked at Disney Springs and took the bus to Disney's transportation hub to save on parking fees, but after realizing how much extra time that took, we decided to drive directly to the parks for the remaining days. Even then, the drive was quick and easy. Parking at the resort can be a little tight if you return late at night, but even with three vehicles in our group, we always managed to find spots near our building. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. For larger groups or families, this resort is a perfect choice — spacious accommodations, great location, and tremendous value compared to booking multiple Disney resort rooms. While I still love the convenience of staying on-site, the money we saved by booking here instead of three rooms or a Suite onsite at Disney made it an easy decision. Its proximity to Disney as well as some really good food choices has made it our top choice when in the area. The grounds are clean and all our interactions with staff from check in to checkout has been very good. We have stayed in buildings 2,3 and this time we were in building 4. Unfortunately I would avoid this building in the future. We were facing the pool and didn’t have any issues with normal noise of people having fun at the pool but the kids banging paddles and yelling at the ping pong table during the day and night did make it hard to relax or take a nap. Worse was at bedtime as the music at the pool was never shut off and we would wake up at different times and couldn’t go back to sleep. The 2 bedrooms are nice and have everything you need. They could be a little modernized with the furniture/bathrooms and a magnifying mirror and a handheld shower attachment would be nice. TVs have very channel you need. Overall the positives outweigh any negatives. We feel like locals after these stays knowing the shortcuts, the restaurants, and all the other great things Orlando has to offer.Show More

Our family of 7 had two 2 bedroom suites for a 6 night stay. The larger bedroom has a king bed and the ensuite off. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed and the full bath is just across from the room. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Lots of seating in the living room, full kitchen and well stocked with plates, cutlery, etc. Dining room table can seat 5 comfortably. Lots of amenities at the resort such as a BBQ area, games room, small convenience store. The buildings are 3 stories and no elevators. Plenty of on-site parking. You get the typical invite to tour their “vacation property” where they try to sell you a time share. We didn’t return their text messages and did not book a time slot when we picked up our parking pass. They didn’t hassle us like some resorts do. Well situated between Disney and Universal properties. About 20 minutes at the most to either. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a Win Dixie grocery store a 5 minute walk.
