The central location was perfect for our 2 night stay in Milan. We could easily walk to the Duomo and main shopping streets. The elevator was a bonus to get our luggage to the room. The elevator was a bonus to get our luggage to the room. The room itself was very small But perfectly adequate for a brief stay. It was spotlessly clean, bed linen was excellent quality. Breakfast was all delicious, with a very wide variety of foods and friendly, helpful staff. We ate dinner each night at the fabulous restaurant right next door to the hotel, where the food and service was exceptional. On arrival at the hotel, our welcome from the front desk manager was very cold and ordinary, but the next day there was a much friendlier manager on duty, and on our second day, the initial manager was more helpful and friendly. Despite the initial bad greeting, we would still recommend this hotel for all of the other reasons given above.Show More
