Overall there’s real attention to detail and care for the guests at this hotel. Highly recommend for a Lisbon stay. It’s a four star that feels like a five star hotel. It was my birthday when we stayed and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and pastel de nata- such a considerate gesture and so kind. Regardless of whether they did this or not, they deserve a five star review because it’s just a great hotel. Very close to the metro, and the open top bus tours, strolling distance to the centre of the city which is very vibrant. Hotel is located on the premium shopping street of Lisbon so feels very safe and cosmopolitan.Show More

Twin room was comfortable, spotless and spacious - perfect for the 3 nights we were there. Even though the room overlooked the busy Avenue de Liberdade the only real noise we got was when sirens went past - overall exceptionally quiet. Breakfast was included and was continental style with a small hot selection - again ideal to set you up before going out for the day. We booked direct with the hotel and got a special deal of buy 2 nights get one free which made it exceptional value for the money for the hotel.Show More

Но следует учесть, что если вам понадобится обычная вещь типа расчески или простой рубашки, захочется купить недорогих сувениров или бутылку сока - на этой шикарной улице вы ничего не найдете. The hotel staff was so nice and accommodating, the room was large, and the bathroom was large enough with everything needed, and a BIDET! My friend travels to Lisbon often for work and mentioned he will definitely get back as it's been the best stay he has had. In addition to this, I've mentioned it would be my friend's birthday, and they let us find some prosecco and pastel de nata in our room after being out. We loved the stay already, but we really appreciated this gesture, which made us even happier about it.Show More
