Особенно хочется отметить удобную кровать и идеальное постельное белье. Все работало исправно, а ежедневная уборка проводилась незаметно и на высшем уровне. Это то, что действительно выделяет этот отель. Персонал искренне доброжелателен, внимателен и профессионален. Любая наша просьба была выполнена мгновенно и с улыбкой. Раннее заселение и поздний выезд!Чувствуется, что здесь ценят каждого гостя. Мы брали Завтраки. Завтраки были роскошными и разнообразными. Было представлено всё: от свежих фруктов и выпечки до горячих блюд европейской и местной кухни. Качество продуктов – исключительное. На день рождения принесли бутылку шампанского, что очень порадовало! Расположение идеальное, но при этом всего 20 минут пешком до набережной Лиссабона, в 3 минутах от зелёной ветки метро и 10 минутах красной ветки метро, что позволяло быстро и не дорого добраться практически в любую точку города.. Инфраструктура отеля тоже порадовала ухоженная территория на заднем дворе, паркинг, уютный лобби-бар.Show More

Room - was very clean and tidy, the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast - was fresh, tasty and had a reasonable variety. Also, near the breakfast area, there is a small garden, so it is possible to enjoy breakfast outside. Employees - the receptionists, waitresses and other staff were very professional and helpful. In general the hotel premises (breakfast area, bathrooms, corridors, elevators) were very clean and tidy. Overall - recommend this hotel.Show More
