Cuando llegamos, nuestra desagradable sorpresa fue que el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba. Estuvo sin reparar del 25 al 28 por lo que estuvimos tres noches sin poder dormir ni descansar porque el calor era insoportable.. Obviamente si hubiésemos conocido este problema hubiésemos reservado en otro sitio. Intentamos hablar con el dueño del hote (Señor Messina)l en nuestra estancia y no quiso dar la cara. Le escribí dos correos para negociar alguna compensación por no haber podido dormir en condiciones durante tres noches y no se ha dignado a contestarme.Show More

We chose to stay in the Hotel Vittoria because it offered us something different. It was a hotel from a bygone age... quirky, and interesting. The decor was 1930's Italian... and we loved it. Breakfast was based on the typical "continental" fare, and it was served in a room packed full of ambience.... The range of breakfast items was good.Show More

Well signposted. We arrived early and the staff were so friendly and allowed us to leave our bags until check in time. There was a big market along the street (Thursday). The breakfast was delicious!!! Easy to walk into the Duomo etc (20mins). Peaceful at night.Show More

The location was top. Tram station 2 minutes from the Hotel. Although I have been many times to Milano I have never stayed to that part of the city I always prefer been around Duomo, but the last year...The location was top.
