The Logan does not have any self park with your only option being valet parking @ $72/day. However they have outsourced this to a 3rd party firm, Townepark, which is completely unprofessional and unt...The Logan does not have any self park with your only option being valet parking @ $72/day. However they have outsourced this to a 3rd party firm, Townepark, which is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. With only a single in and out upon departure they proceeded to damage my new vehicle's wheels but of course when brought to their attention they said "no problem, we'll take care of it" After the fact the Hilton says its not their issue and to take it up with Townepark. After a month of having to hound Townepark multiple times, promises of video review, etc. they finally just said they would not pay, would not provide details, justification or evidence and that it was my problem with my insurance. You should not have to put up with this amateur hour service when staying at a luxury hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else when visiting downtown.Show More

Honestly, I really didn’t want to stay at a Hilton hotel based on past experiences with the brand of hotel. Hilton went downhill years back and I just took it off my list of preferred brands. Well! I’m here to say this hotel and staff were Fabulous!! My room was beautiful and clean. It offered updated furnishings and artwork. It was quiet believe it or not and The Logan is literally in the center of the city. But the true highlight was ALL of the staff. From valet parking, porter services, housekeeping, front desk staff, restaurants, the food, etc. All were excellent!! The Logan is the place to stay if you are in downtown Philly! Hilton has made it back to my preferred hotel brands!! Great job Hilton!Show More

The room carpets looked like a 2-3 star hotel(not what I expected for the price/ star class) - Front desk did not say ONE word during check-in. No welcomes, no instructions on wifi, breakfast options. Rude. Housekeeping was nice though - They charged us $12.95 for internet per day. We were asked to sign up for hilton honors or risk a possibility of being charged. I paid $300 per night, you can provide this basic amenity for free.. - Self parking was $54 a night.Show More

Unless you know of any other place to park in the area, I would suggest that service. The hotel is within walking distance from a lot of things. "Love" park is a few blocks away, The Logan overlooks Logan Square and a WaWa is a short walk away as well. The amenities are nice if you plan to stay in. My only con is the commons area is not that big so it can get crowded and loud fairly quickly. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Check in staff was amazing!Show More
