I stayed in room 221, in November 2025. This room is facing a quiet side street. The location is perfect, right in the center, walking distance from everything, but, at the same time, inside the room...I stayed in room 221, in November 2025. This room is facing a quiet side street. The location is perfect, right in the center, walking distance from everything, but, at the same time, inside the room it was very quiet, very silent, great for getting a good night's sleep. We couldn't hear noise from the street, nor from cleaning ladies in the morning, nor from the breakfast room or reception, as you often do even in 5 stars hotels). The beds (mattresses, sheets and pillows) were very good. So I have to say that if you value a good night's sleep, like I do, this hotel is very good for that! :) It has a modern (and functioning) elevator to the room, which was very important for us because I was travelling with my 76 years old mother. We had to go up a few steps (maybe 4 steps) and then again down another few steps to get to the elevator, but the staff told us there was another way without any steps at all. If you really cannot go up or down any steps, I recommend you check with the staff before booking. The room and bathroom smelled very well (when I was searching for a hotel for us, before we went, I had seen reviews of people complaining about bad smells in other hotels & B&Bs). The bathroom is very modern, with a big shower cabin. It has a toilet, 1 basin, a bidet and a heated towel rack. Everything was impeccably clean! The staff were really friendly and helpful. There's is a Carrefour supermarket next to the hotel. which is open until quite late in the night. We were 3 persons, so we used the sofa bed - an adult slept there and she said it was very comfortable, like a normal bed. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when I go back to Florence, because the price-quality ratio is very good.Show More
