The rooms are basic at best. Beds not comfortable at all, the comforter of one of the beds had yellow colored stains, the toilet was messed up that you had to pull handle up hard every time to stop it from running constantly, on top of that it was a very small bathroom, the tv was unwatchable as it would freeze, blur, or just cut out for minutes at a time ( that was on their cable not even trying to stream), the pool was nice but the hot tub is extremely tiny for this size of a hotel, 6 people max or people are sitting right up on you and for the size of the hotel I can’t see how they imagined that was adequate. There is no Wi-Fi without paying 15 to 18 additional dollars a day per device. Parking you either pay $67 a day for valet or 25 a day but you have to pay 10 more each time you have left and want to reenter, When asked for a roll out bed for our youngest because our oldest with autism doesn’t like to be touched so better to have him not paired up with little brother to sleep but was told that wasn’t possible because we had double beds and that’s only permitted for single bed rooms. There will not be a next time here. I’ll definitely find better than this one.Show More

The reception desk told me they couldn’t find my membership under the email I gave…yet it was correct. The first impression off the elevator leaves a lot to be desired. But it gets better. Walk in the room and there is literally only one wall switch outside of the bathroom. You have to stumble feeling your way around to find lamp switches, some of which are nearly impossible to reach. The carpet is dirty and worn. The window opens to nothing but an exterior wall. The faucet drips. The room smells like asewer in the morning. And it seems you can only request a late check out when it’s too late to matter. Oh…and the bartender slopped half of my glass of wine out without caring at all. If I have a choice in the future, it won’t be Marriott, and certainly not THIS Marriott.Show More

During this Thanksgiving weekend it was very quiet , not many customers . The city was dead everywhere . The rooms are ok , the double beds are terrible . Not even queen sizes they are full sizes , uncomfortable . The room in general was just ok , bathroom was outdated totally . Location is excellent but not good to walk around much , specially at night time . Very unsafe . Food at the restaurant was delicious , drinks as well . Valet parking toooo much , $67 plus tax per night . No other option available . Service was good in all areas . At the 47th floor views were very nice . Concierge lounge closed all 4 days of my stay , not good . Nothing special for high level members , not good .Show More

The hotel lobby is very impressive, with a huge atrium that spans the whole height of the building (with room doors opening out onto corridors that overlook the atrium - don't book if you have vertigo!). The room was more modern than I had expected, and was modernized. I had a view overlooking the city skyline and despite being a convention hotel I had a very quiet nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again if ever come back to Atlanta.Show More
