This boutique hotel is now one of our favs!! From the warm valet welcome from Eddie, to the vibrant and beautifully decorated lobby and lounge, the first impression of The Starling did not disappoint. Ari, our guest concierge was very nice and quickly got us to our room. Our room decor was perfect - a definite reminder of a cozy, warm home bedroom. All the amenities we needed - the only hiccup was the TV was not working properly. Harold P., the hotel engineer, came to our room to assess the problem and did all he could to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it was an error with Hilton’s server. Harold P. Was THE NICEST and wanted to comp us something for the inconvenience of not being able to watch football on the biggest night of the football season. He went down to the lobby to discuss the issue with his supervisor and we were given extra Hilton points for the problem. Harold went above and beyond our expectation and provided customer service that was top notch. We will be back to the Starling for another stay and hope we get to see these kind employees when we return! Go Starling!Show More

First impression, this hotel is beyond beautiful. Every detail was well thought out and intentional. The vibe is great gatsby meets southern hospitality. The professional, welcoming, and friendly staff made for an unforgettable weekend. Our suite was clean, comfortable, and the view was nice as well. From Sean at the front desk, the young man at check-out, his great sense of humor (sorry I didn't get his name), the valet service, concierge and other guest services staff were all amazing. Special shout out and thank you to the bartender, Dontrell. Hanna, and Necole in the restaurant. Necole's warm smile, started our morning breakfast experience just right. Briana, the manager, was professional, kind, and attentive, making sure our experience was smooth from start to finish. And I can’t forget Mitch, the bartender.
