We were checked in very quickly by a gentleman behind the desk. We were given a choice of 3 floors. Given a coupon for 2 drinks at the nightly happy hour, and the daily breakfast. We went up to our ro...We were checked in very quickly by a gentleman behind the desk. We were given a choice of 3 floors. Given a coupon for 2 drinks at the nightly happy hour, and the daily breakfast. We went up to our room which was lovely and exactly what we were expecting. We never had to wait for an elevator which was great since the hotel seemed quite full with people attending the Paul McCartney Concert- the hotel is a very short walk from the State Farm Arena. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor which was very convenient- we could mobile order coffee in the morning. The only disappointment was the happy hour- nobody actually checked our drinks coupons for good reason. The drinks served were very poor quality. When I say that the canned Woodbridge Chardonnay served at the Arena was perfectly acceptable, you will hopefully understand how unpleasant the lukewarm Beringer Chardonnay served at the happy hour was. I literally could not drink it. We ended up getting wine at the Ruth Chris Restaurant that is attached to the hotel- it was happy hour, so not terribly expensive. Just to be clear, the liquor served was also a poor quality, so it wasn’t worth switching. The breakfast was adequate.Show More

Your staff is awesome!!!! I picked this hotel to stay at because I was attending Atlantas own Monica’s concert at State Farm. It was easy to walk to and from there. The breakfast was hot and delicious and fresh. I loved the omelettes. My room was FREEZING. So so cold. And I had to move rooms. And I was brought two heaters. I thank Abdul for his help with those. The heater was a big help!! The front desk was awesome! I went to Ruth Chris the first time and it was great. The hotel was safe. You need a your room key to gain access to the hotel lobby. Loved that. I saw security all around and I felt safe. I loved the tv in my room. They had Netflix so I could watch “stranger things”! I recommend this hotel. I will be back.Show More

It was in a gre...I really enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park. My room was always cool in the Atlanta heat, and was thoroughly cleaned by staff every day. It was in a great location, as I was attending a conference at the Georgia World Congress Centre, and this hotel is just across the road from it! The breakfast had good choices and the reception hour every evening was a lovely touch. I basically had the pool to myself while there, which was wonderful, and it was a great way to unwind in the morning / evening. The pool was always clean and there were plenty of towels available whenever I went to use it. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and engaging, and are always eager to help with a smile on their face. A particular thank you to Jasai McKinney - his warmness, friendliness, and professionalism was absolutely fantastic. He's an excellent asset to this hotel. All in all, I had a great time and great stay.Show More

Both venues are less than a five minute walk in a safe...This hotel is adjacent to the Centennial Olympic Park and just around the corner from the State Farm Arena and the Georgia World Congress Center. Both venues are less than a five minute walk in a safe and quiet area. The hotel has valet parking with fast service. Check-in was easy, and we were taken care of by Lawrence at the desk who was friendly and genuinely welcoming. The room was large and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and sleeping was easy with blackout curtains and a peaceful setting. Breakfast was above and beyond with an omelet station, along with a wide variety of bacon, two types of sausage, hash browns, pancakes, and assorted muffins and breads. Getting out of Atlanta and back on the road was super easy because there was very little traffic in the downtown area the next morning, even though it was a work day. I highly recommend this hotel if you're attending an event at State Farm Arena!Show More
