We've been to 40 countries and many 5-star hotels around the world, and this, right here at home (since we've legally lived in the United States for 7 years), was the worst experience! We were on vacation, a six-and-a-half-hour drive from Orlando to here! I hope the people of Atlanta get rid of this bad first impression! I don't need to wear a suit and tie to a Thanksgiving parade with my two daughters and two nephews to be treated well in a hotel! I think you should train your employees better. From today onwards, my company's employees in the United States, Brazil, and Europe will no longer stay at this hotel chain. After this brief complaint, we will file a formal complaint against this gratuitous embarrassment we suffered! If you're looking for a 5-star experience for you and your children, RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!Show More

The hotel itself and the gym are beautiful, however the service has been subpar. Specifically, housekeeping failed to clean my room and make the bed on not one, but two occasions. On the first occasion, I complained and housekeeping eventually came. When I returned from sitting in the lobby to kill time while they cleaned, I discovered that the room smelled like a cigarette had been smoked inside. It was awful and lingered until the early evening. I had to wear a PPE mask just to cope. On top of that, the job had not been performed throughly. Empty coffee cups and the skin from a tangerine I had eaten were still laying around. On the second occasion, I encountered housekeeping down the hall and personally requested that they service my room. When I arrived to my room at 4PM eager to lay down for a moment, I was shocked to find my room in the same state as it was when I left. In addition, one night I ordered room service. I ordered the burger and truffle fries, which came to over $40. It was overly expensive for what it was. Both items arrived cold. The phone in my room did not work. I requested that someone came to take a look at it and was told someone would. That never happened. I called the front desk from my cell phone and asked to speak with a manager. I was told I would be transferred and then the call disconnected. I have three more days at the Signia. I hope my experience improves as this is not what I have come to expect from a 5-star hotel and the Hilton brand.Show More

The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish exceeded expectations, and the service in the restaurant was just as impressive as the cuisine. Guest Services Agent Imani did an amazing job checking me in and welcoming me to the city and hotel! Because of this and her ability to highlight all of the key benefits of Club Signia, I decided to add that experience to my stay! Thank you, Imani! Continue being amazing and continue providing remarkable customer experiences! In addition, the Club Signia Ambassadors and staff along with the valet and all other staff were pleasant and very accommodating! Mercedes-Benz Stadium is right out the door!
