We had an excellent stay at the Embassy. We chose this hotel because you are right at the river front and walking distance to everything. The check in process was fast, the rooms are very clean, and ...We had an excellent stay at the Embassy. We chose this hotel because you are right at the river front and walking distance to everything. The check in process was fast, the rooms are very clean, and the service was excellent. My only complaints are that the rooms are a bit dated and the tub didn’t drain properly. The hotel is going through a renovation from what I was told. I want to highlight four employees that went above and beyond during our stay. Gilbert at the front desk was very nice, friendly and was very helpful during our stay. Noe and Amber during breakfast. The breakfast is excellent from the made to order omelets to the full breakfast buffet. It was very good. We received exceptional service during breakfast with the morning greeting, warmth, and hospitality. Amber exemplifies Southern hospitality. She is very friendly and gave us lots of tips during our stay. The housekeepers were always greeting us and always asking if we needed anything. They were very friendly and always smiling. My family felt so welcomed here. We felt part of the Embassy family. We will definitely recommend this hotel for the location, service and cleanliness of the hotel.Show More

Great job guys!! 10/10 Front desk lady was alright… could’ve been a bit nicer, paid attention and smiled a bit! 8/10 The 2br/2bath room was a great space!! Enough room to spread out… could use a few touch ups, more garbage cans, and some refills on the shower products but over all good! Oh and it was clean! 9/10 The breakfast was like wow!! Shout out to Noe and Anita!! Noe made me a perfect omelet with a great attitude!! Anita was very nice and attentive!! 10/10 Check out is at noon 🕛- nice! Oh very good Ramen across the street!! Price fluctuated a lot paying/planning ahead vs trying to get a room when I was already here (like almost $200 difference)!! Like wow!!
