The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual and good. It’s located in a shopping center parking lot, so there is a lot of activity out front at night. It’s located in a shopping center parking lot, so there is a lot of activity out front at night. Lots of restaurants to walk to. This hotel is in need of some updating though. The elevator is pretty rough, the up down buttons in the lobby are handymaned in the wall. 5th floor button was stuck in so we had to work it out to get up. The elevator is aso past the inspection due date. We ended up using the stairs the rest of our trip. Rooms are outdated except for the new giant TVS. Our furniture was halfway broken. The fridge cabinet was rotten underneath and the bunk bed ladder was broken, not safe for kids to climb up and down.Show More

If there was a small issue or something needed taken care of, the staff was on top it if and rectified it immediately. On my last stay, I can't give enough kudos to Veronica, Andrew and their great team at the front desk (Malak, Glenda & Angela). They are all very welcoming, engaging and the friendliest group to assist with anything. Nalini at the park ticket area is amazing and helpful also. I am looking forward to my next stay there next month and in the future.Show More

I liked that they had someone serving the eggs, potatoes, and breakfast meats rather than letting the customers pick through it. This felt cleaner and I was more comfortable with the food. The Pumpkin Spice batter for the waffles was a nice touch and they were delicious.Show More

I don't know why this hotel cannot put 4 towels in a room booked for 4 people.
