It is the ideal venue for a small to medium-sized conference. There are plenty of meeting rooms of various sizes, gathering areas, and a ballroom/banquet hall. This was my first stay at the hotel. The arrival experience was not welcoming. The circular drive to the hotel porte-cochere was very cramped and much of it was blocked off to parking. The fenced hotel parking lots are across the street. One requires a hotel key for entry; the other does not. The signage needs improvement. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room safe did not work. There was no hot water the first night of my stay. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. The room appeared clean, if you didn’t look too closely. There were hair pins and glitter at the junction of the wall and floor. There was a black mildew-like substance along one baseboard, along with dust & debris. The room was very quiet. There were two outside spotlights aimed at my room window that shined brightly all night long. The FL Hotel was the perfect space for a convention. The chicken piccata served at my group’s banquet in no way resembled chicken piccata. It was a grey piece of chicken covered in white gravy. The hotel is a short drive from Orlando International Airport and is frequented by flight crews. The staff was friendly. The room cleanliness needs improvement.Show More

The room had a small tv , microwave wave and mini refrigerator. This was a couples trip to Universal studios. Nothing fancy but the beds were comfortable and the employees did a great job cleaning the room every night. We never had to ask for towels, they just provided it. The bath room had a step in tub which is out dated and the lamps were worn out. This place would have been 4 stars with updated bathroom room , lamps and a nice pleasant looking pool area. I would not book again, but it’s nice if you want a nice clean room and great location. One of the elevators was worn out and needs to be fixed . We enjoyed our stay.Show More

My room was accommodated by the hotel staff to put me in an area where it was going to be quiet and peaceful. Loved the convenience of being able to do my laundry because there is a laundry facility within the hotel. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel and you get a coupon for your coffee fixings! As well as Chick Fil A! And there is a mall to do your Christmas shopping! What more can you ask for?! Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast Buffett, for my flight was earlier than the time the restaurant opened. I will definitely save that for the next time I visit. This stay was very much appreciated.Show More

One of the things I appreciated most was the convenience of having both Starbucks and Chick-fil-A located on the first floor. These options were perfect for quick breaks and lunch during busy training days. Having the right on-site truly made a difference. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great venue for professional events and training sessions.Show More
