The room was fine (not huge, not small) - good view, clean, beds very comfortable. They offered water (haven't been charged yet so I think that was comped). We were only there for sleeping before driving back home. Everything was very clean and safe.

10/10 Love This Amazing Resort
Wow where to start with this superb Hotel/resort located at Epcot in the Disney Complex. This hotel is perfect for those who want to stay at a luxury hotel within the Disney World environment.
The Hotel boasts a few excellent Swimming Pools with plenty of sun loungers as well as fantastic entertainment. The Hotel contains a number of excellent restaurants, and we had breakfast/dinner at the majority. The food was always delicious, served at a perfect temperature and was a reasonable price. The hotel also contained a superb coffee shop and Disney Gift store.
This hotel was perfect for those wanting to access all Disney sites as well as Disney Spring’s. It was possible to walk to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, with buses provided to all other locations. It was also possible to get an Uber at a relatively good price to the Universal Complex.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and provided excellent views of Magic Kingdom in the distance. The lightening and firework shows, on display were excellent.
We were very lucky to stay in this special hotel.

Everything met our expectations except the below. The resort was clean the staff was polite. the location of the resort is thE best and I love that the resort participates on the extra Disney hours. My kids thought that was the best part.

2/10 Swan was good but Dolphin room BAD/sewage
I have stayed at the Dolphin quite a bit but this last stay was bad. Luckily it was only a one night addition to our trip (we were at the Swan for the week prior). The room appeared clean and everything orderly at the Dolphin but when I returned at night the bathroom smelled like sewage. It was late and I had already waited a long time to be able to check in for the room so I shut the door after getting ready for bed. Next morning the bathroom smell was bad. I also was woke up by truck beeping, loud glass recycling and trash can emptying at 5am. I didn’t expect a spectacular room or view when I booked a standard view but being able to sleep past 5am was expected. The sewage smell made me decide to skip my shower (it seemed like a plumbing issue). I have another longer stay in summer but I’m considering canceling it because a longer stay would have been bad. I think I will. I have been a loyal Swan and Dolphin guest but now I’m worried.

It was my second stay, after Swan we tried Dolphin this time.
I like the location and the hotel, but here are some things were disappointing:
- double beds are not really double, they are small.
- cleaning was not satisfaying.
- house keeping forgot our door opened for whole day.. that a real security issue, which has scared us as an international visitor family. They gave us complimentary discount of 150 $ for a relief. Thanks god nothing was stolen.
- for families with kids non-removable only head up showers are very difficult after a long day at parks. We had to pay extra for the specialty person room for the shower.
- and last, laundry service, they are not giving clear information about duration. And for a special service waiting time is too long. Wish they did not have taken if it might have exceed our checkout time.
- valet parking’s daily fee is very high

10/10 Hotel location and amenities were FANTASTIC! The perfect hotel for Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
My check in with Santiago was AMAZING! He was so nice, helpful and friendly. I also got great service with help about the busses and Disney Run questions. Everyone was very nice. The amenities were great, the pool and it wasn't a hotel innundated with kids. It had more of a convention crowd feel which I really liked.

8/10 Nice hotel but watch out for the "traditional view"
The room was clean and well appointed but lacked a refrigerator. There was coffee and two bottles of water. The bathroom was nice and included a tub - rare. The lobby and common areas are nice and the restaurants are good quality. The location is as convenient as it gets for visiting Disney Parks.

1/10 Not a great experience
We started our stay having our room extremely far from anything, to the point we walked down long stretches of hallways that had nothing in them. It felt like we were staying in a dungeon. When asked to move rooms because my wife is 8 months pregnant and the walk was ridiculous, nothing was available. The room had a broken bathroom exhaust fan. We had asked for it to be fixed multiple times during our stay. To no avail, we left with it still broken. We have stayed at the swan and the dolphin but have never had to stay in a room like this. Questionable if we will return.

10/10 Location, location, location!
I liked pretty much everything about the property! It’s much fancier than where we normally stay, as we found a really good deal on Expedia, randomly, that allowed us to stay at this luxury resort!! Everything was great from the staff to the cleanliness, to the pool, food and drinks. But the absolute most amazing part of this resort is the location!! I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk and we now got to! We were able to walk to and from Epcot and all of the activities and night life on the boardwalk! Very cool!!!

10/10 Great price , excellent location & delicious food
The location was excellent. It was very clean, The staff was great. The restaurants onsite were great especially Rosa Mexicano, the breakfast was delicious…. Authentic Mexican delights. Even the grab & go at Fuel was great. We took the walking path over to the Boardwalk and had no idea THE Cake Bake shop was there.. the restaurant was just perfection.

I did not like anything since booking.com representative that I spoke with on the phone told me the hotel agreed to allow me to cancel the 13th because I was not able to get the 12th also. I stayed somewhere else (another Marriott) and paid for the 12th and 13th there. When I check into the dolphin from the 14th to 19th, I had to wait hours to get into my room even though I was still charged for the 13th because they said booking.com needed to handle it. So I paid for a Marriott twice on the 13th. How is that good business?

2/10 Trash experience. Go elsewhere.
Absolute scam. I spoke with someone over the phone who told me if I cancelled they would get me a refund. When I called back after Thanksgiving, I was told they couldn't refund me. I disputed with my credit card and lost. So now I am stuck with a $600 bill for a vacation I never took because THEY TOLD ME I COULD CANCEL.
Don't waste your time or your money, better hotels in better spots. Trash.

Everything , I have to say it is so family friendly and loved everything about it 😊 this was my second time staying . Everything is so convenient , did not have to leave the resort for anything . All from pools, arcade, variety of restaurants, fireworks, mini golf, boat ride, Disney’s boardwalk which has entertainment, more restaurants, stores, movie under the stars and much more .

10/10 Beautiful Resort with Great Food
Super fun resort. Great transportation to the parks, and it’s right next to the boardwalk which makes for a great place to walk around and view the fireworks. Plenty of amenities, had a great time at the pool. Plenty of events going on and looks beautiful at night. Service was really helpful and it’s a great place to explore.

Very convenient location. Our room was very nice. Hotel is huge which makes for a very long walk to our room. Loved being able to walk to Epcot and The Boardwalk. Also, took boat over to Epcot which was a very nice perk. Fuel is a great spot for coffee in the Dolphin. Also, the fountain had delicious sundaes!

You can walk to Epcot easily from this hotel, beautiful pools with fun slide. The extra bed was very comfortable. If you drive from this hotel, you don’t have to pay for parking at the Disney parks, but you still have a daily parking fee for the resort. Two extra magic hours

This resort is stunning! The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable! The view was incredible. The bar area and the snack bar was great. I love that our family was able to get transported by a boat to get to some of the parks and boardwalk. I highly recommend this resort.
