On first impression, the hotel looks like just an ordinary huge tower block next to a busy road from the outside but once you step inside and make your way to the reception you are met with a surpris...On first impression, the hotel looks like just an ordinary huge tower block next to a busy road from the outside but once you step inside and make your way to the reception you are met with a surprisingly wonderful, luxurious and spacious interior! Our room did not disappoint either and was equally spacious and luxurious with every need catered for. A lovely huge shower room, an extra sink area outside of the bathroom, a proper hairdryer and plenty of toiletries. There was a decent sized safe and a fridge, microwave and coffee machine should you need them. A free hot drinks machine was available on the reception level as well as water which was also available from a water machine in the gym. The breakfast is served on the top floor which is spotlessly clean and modern with windows all around with a view out to Bayer lake. There was a lovely choice of breakfast items which are self-serve from a traditional hot cooked breakfast to cereals, oats, yogurt, fruits and different breads. The general manager called Nimfa was there on our second morning and was talking to all of the guests ensuring that they were having a pleasant stay. She kindly gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in Charlottetown for seafood which we reserved and enjoyed. Another plus point was the free parkade which is beneath the hotel. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel for its luxury, spaciousness, cleanliness and good location to the airport, Halifax downtown and main roads. I would return if visiting Halifax again.Show More

A special shoutout to General Manager Nimfa Bautista—her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set the tone for the entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and it truly showed. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring—front desk, banquet team, housekeeping, and catering. The turnover between the event before ours and our wedding was impressively fast—the staff worked like magic to transform the space and have everything perfect on time. Our event ran flawlessly: the space was beautifully set, AV was on point, and the food was delicious. Guests are still raving about the hospitality! Very spick and span, only thing i noticed is very small trash cans in the rooms. The tv on the rooms are not netflix ready, which is kinda sad on our part. The buffet breakfast is superb. Special mention to the staff on our second day Ric, he is very hospitable and nice. The food is great, just wish there is fried rice or rice though hehe. They even gave a special treat for me in room 1505 because it’s my bday, they left 2 slices of cheesecake on a plate with a handwritten Happy Birthday on it and 2 bottles of water and 2 pieces of dark chocolates.The hotel is situated in the heart of Halifax where malls are just 10 minutes drive. Thank you for a very nice stay in this hotel. Me and husband will surely he back again for sure. 😊🫶🏻Show More
