"this is my go-to hotel when I come to Vegas"... and they mention staff members by name, you know you're in a great spot. If you're lucky enough to meet Andrea, you will immediately understand why she not only was nominated, but recently won Manager of the Year. Rosie in the breakfast area is just a sweet human being. Christina in housekeeping will greet you with a genuine smile. You stay here and leave feeling like you spent the night with family members... the ones you LIKE to spend time with anyway. The location is hard to beat too. They offer free 24-hour shuttle service to/from the airport which is only 5-10 minutes away. Our driver, Dave added to our great experience in Las Vegas. So friendly and just wants to make sure you enjoy your time here. Top notch service. THIS is how it should be done everywhere. You won't stay at a better Hampton Inn than this one.Show More

I’d had a difficult couple of days and booked this last minute needing some sanctuary. Staff were incredibly kind and let me get to my room a few hours before check-in with no extra charge. A/C was efficient and easy to control. Huge TV and you can log into your netflix account. Good storage space in room. Lovely modern and clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Breakfast was relaxed - not loads on offer but something for everyone. Only drawback was that all the crockery and cutlery was disposable, some plastic, and no option to recycle the stuff that was recyclable. The hotel has a selection of snacks and drinks you can buy and a microwave and fridge in the room. Plenty of seating downstairs and staff are happy for you to bring your own food in or get takeaway. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby, and a supermarket. Plenty of parking which is free. Uber to the Las Vegas sign cost less than $10 but if you don’t mind a 15-20min walk (mostly through a shopping mall with a/c) you can catch the Deuce bus which goes all the way up the Strip and to Fremont (downtown). $20 for 3 day pass. I would stay here again, without question, and even extended my stay for 2 more nights.Show More

The amenities were top-notch — from the pool and fitness center to the restaurant and lounge, everything was high quality and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the service. The team went above and beyond to accommodate any requests and always did so with a smile. The location is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was good sized, clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The internet was pretty fast. The bathroom is good sized, has good water pressure and lots of counter space. The shower head is at 7 ft so if you are tall you get a good shower. The front desk in and out were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was very good with the typical Hampton offerings. Park and Fly The hotel offers up to 2 weeks of parking with a stay (as of 9/8) and you can add to that thru Right way parking. The hotel is close to the Bootlegger a really good Italian hotel. We recommend this hotel and use it whenever we fly out of LAS.Show More
