It’s an owner resort so expect the ppl who will inquire if you’re interested in becoming an owner. Parking on the 3rd level is a hit or miss so they could walk right into the hotel. The first 2 nights, we weren’t able to find parking so ended up on 5th and 6th floor (4th floor blocked off) - the walk is a further to get to the hotel. Elevators to room are neat - punch in floor number and it directs to one of the many elevators that’s constantly running. Rooms are spacious and clean. Our group had 3-2bedroom suites that came with a kitchen - had basic kitchen utensils and even a water heater! Loved having for tea or a quick cup noodle in the middle of the night. Bathrooms are well stocked with 4 wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. Linens are layered however, the bed itself was too firm for me. I’m used to sleeping on a tempurpedic bed. The beds from Aria and Bellagio are much better. My body ached every morning when I woke - so it was disappointing. It seem to be the consensus from our group of 12 that the beds were hard. Plenty of seating in the pool - deepest is 3ft 6in. There are cabanas available for rental however we didn’t feel the need to rent one. Didn’t get to check out the fitness room however, it’s available 24/7. Lastly, it’s quiet in the hallways - didn’t run into many ppl at all. The other one was for my son for his 21st birthday. He was initially impressed with his room but before we hit the town they discovered their bed was “used.” GROSS! In true Las Vegas fashion, we got back to the room late and they discovered that their blinds would not go down. So they had to stay up to wait for somebody to come fix them. Doesn’t sound like a huge deal but after a night of partying with jet lag… definitely sucks! The next morning….short nap, they got up to take a shower and both had to take quick showers because the drain was clogged. They fixed that while we were on the town. Nothing offered to us as a discount or new room. My wife and I have been there a few times now, and we love it. But it kind of killed their 2nd day with zero sleep. That’s a big deal when you are there such a short stay. 4 stars is generous. But it’s not worth giving them 1 or 2 like I feel a lot of people would. Show More

I was told by Expedia to contact the front desk. I spoke to a nice girl called Payal who tried to help me with the room issues and went back to ask the manager to speak to me but he refused. I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as they have no interest in the guests being happy. The room issues were 1. Faulty TV 2. No hot water in the basin 3. No working WiFi in room 181 4. The only thing to be aware of is it is a time share hotel so you will be incentivised to attend a presentation, which we did not realise fully or like as it was not for us. If not for you, just don’t go for it. We felt a bit forced to attend it as they caught just as we had checked in. Lastly the pool was good, just a shame they don’t allow you to bring your own drinks from your room so that you use their bar, while they also allow people to take drinks into the pool. Some people leave their cups everywhere and you can find some at the bottom of the pool! Pool policy could be improved. Don’t let these two things stop you as it is a really good and very clean hotel. We highly recommend it.Show More
