I have visited Disney several times and always stayed on property, however this trip I wanted to try one of the outer properties to see if they had better value. Sure it was cheaper, but was it better.. The short answer is no. We arrived at the hotel and got allocated an accessible room which looked nothing like what we had booked, so we had to have this rectified. It is not really a 5 minute walk from Disney Springs, it is more like 15 mins and should be noted that with the hot weather can be a little bit bothersome. The biggest gripe I had is that online they suggest that they offer regular park shuttles, however we were informed on arrival that they don't do shuttles for the events - hear me out, Magic Kingdom is usually open until midnight. On event nights, which regularly run throughout the year they operate until midnight, so why would the buses not run in alignment with the schedule. It just made really no sense. Then you needed to book the bus each day selecting what time you wanted to leave the park, well, let me assure you after 4 trips to Orlando you never know when your ready to leave the park. So that system just didn't work & on more than one occasion we had to arrange an Uber back to the park, which to be honest we felt much safer doing. Back to the room, well I just couldn't get over how poor everything was. Not once in 5 days was our room serviced which was incredibly disappointing. On two occasions we just had towels left at our front door. The upkeep of the hotel was well disappointing. We had an Epcot Fireworks view room, I guess if you squint you might see something but it was definitely not worth it. Overall, we will be going back to the Disney properties where the magic is truly alive!Show More

In Florida. After engineering came up and “fixed” the issue, we went to pull the comforter down and noticed there was no sheet to cover the mattress cover. We are just staring at a gross mattress cover. Because we already bothered them earlier, we called and said, “Are we missing something here? Do you all not have a fitted sheet?” They apologized and said they were sending someone up to take care of it. Someone finally shows up at our door and HANDS US the sheet and tells my boyfriend to make the bed ourselves. At this point, we just want to sleep so we take what we can get. We go to put the new sheet on and see this stain. Is it blood? Coffee? Urine? Who knows. But it’s stained all over. I call them to tell them and they send the head of housekeeping up. You’d think he would take a new sheet up to us and make the bed. No. He grabs the sheet and says someone else will be up to make the bed. And of course NO ONE SHOWS UP! We decide to just sleep because clearly no one at this hotel cares about the guests. We were on the 26th floor- and all night every night, you’ll hear what sounds like bowling balls. It’s the elevators. They are loud and go through the walls. And this is how they treat Diamond members who spend a lot of money at Hilton… I wouldn’t recommend booking here ever! (We reached out to corporate after to let them know and they never got back to us.)Show More

From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with genuine warmth. Liam and Hebron were friendly, attentive, and always great to talk to. But Vinny truly went above and beyond constantly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, and treating me with the kind of care that made me feel like a VIP. And let me just say, he put me on to the garlic parmesan chicken wings absolutely amazing and now officially my favorite! The thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. Vinny even surprised me with an early birthday dessert, which completely made my day and added such a special touch to my trip. I also have to mention the neatness of the rooms and the wonderful housekeeping staff who came by every day. My room was always spotless, fresh, and welcoming something that gave me extra peace of mind as a solo traveler. If you’re planning to visit this location, definitely look out for Vinny you’ll get amazing service and feel genuinely taken care of. The cleanliness, the service, the food and the entire environment felt like a four-star Disney resort!! I arrived early and they easily accommodated an early check-in for me and my family… We stayed in the island area towards the back of the resort which was amazing because it was so easy to get back-and-forth to the pool with our kids! We had the breakfast buffet at the letterpress! Our server’s name was Maureen and she was remarkable!! She truly made us feel like we were family, and I loved how personable she was! She offered excellent recommendations and next time I come to this resort, I will definitely be asking for her!! I told her we wanted to go to Disney Springs and she offered up some great suggestions on places to eat and shop! My family hung out poolside and let me tell you those chicken nachos are a must have!!! Highly recommend!!! thank you so much to the Hilton team, especially Maureen! Thank you for going above and beyond!! Times are hard right now and you have to really make your dollar stretch… Thank you for making me feel like this trip was worth every penny!!!Show More
