Cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent and clearly a priority. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of Japanese and Western options and is high quality in terms of presentation and taste. The concierge service is a standout feature, with staff who are knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely keen to help guests plan their time in Kyoto. Their professionalism reflects very well on the hotel. The hotel aligns closely with the standards expected of the One Harmony group. I also stayed at Hotel JAL Tokyo Toyosu and this property clearly reflects the same level of consistency, care, and attention to service.show more

Very nice hotel and we had a large comfortable room.
